Refund & Cancellation Policy
This policy applies to all paid passes for Bharat AI Innovation Conference & Exhibition 2026.
1. Pass transfers
You may transfer your pass to a colleague at no charge up to 7 days before the Event. Email the new attendee’s name, email, phone, organisation, and job title to [email protected].
2. Refund schedule
- More than 30 days before the Event: 100% refund, less a ₹500 administrative fee.
- 15 to 30 days before the Event: 50% refund.
- Less than 15 days before the Event: No refund. Pass transfer remains available up to 7 days before the Event.
3. How to request a refund
Email [email protected] with subject line "Refund Request — [your registration reference]". Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 14 business days of approval.
4. Non-refundable items
- Booth packages and sponsorship fees (governed by your signed Exhibitor or Sponsor Agreement).
- Travel, accommodation, and visa costs incurred by you or your delegates.
- Convenience fees, payment-gateway fees, and bank charges.
5. If we cancel or postpone the Event
If the Event is cancelled by us for reasons other than force majeure, you will receive a full refund of pass fees paid.
If the Event is postponed, your pass will automatically be valid for the rescheduled dates. If you cannot attend the new dates, a full refund will be available within 30 days of the postponement notice.
If the Event is moved to a virtual format due to force majeure, a partial refund of up to 50% of the pass fee will be offered, recognising that virtual attendance still delivers significant content value.
6. Disputes
Any refund disputes will be resolved in accordance with our Terms of Service.
